Youth between the ages of 16-18 permanently resident outside Hammerfest municipality:
Anyone under the age of 16 fishes for free and does not need a fishing licence.
Fishing fee:
The Neverfjord waters are part of the anadromous stretch, therefore everyone over 18 years of age who fishes in the period 1 June - 31 August must provide a receipt for paid fishing fees for the season.
Restrictions on foreigners' fishing:
Between 15 March and 15 June, only persons residing in Norway can fish inland fish in Finnmark.
This means that foreigners can ice fish in Neverfjord waters during the period 1 January - 14 mars, and summer fishing during the period from 16 June - 31 August.
There are dispensation schemes, and the association can issue fishing licenses when FeFo has granted a dispensation.Here we refer to FeFo's website: Restrictions on foreigners^ fishing.
Guards:
The association's supervision, the State's Nature Inspection, FeFo's supervision and the police have supervisory rights in the Kvalsund watercourse including the Neverfjord waters.
